We are a family owned and operated auto repair shop.

Located in Acworth, GA, Cabena's Japanese Auto Care has been providing auto repair services for Japanese cars and trucks since 1999. For over a decade we have built a reputation for our high quality service. Please see our Testimonials page so read what our customers think of our shop.

History of Cabena's Japanese Auto Care

Chuck Cabena was a Master Technician and he worked as a master mechanic at dealerships for over 15 years.

Chuck was always concerned with good service to customers “I have lived by the philosophy that you should treat people the way you want to get treated yourself.” After many years at the dealership, he couldn't help but notice that they were talking about "Customer Service", but in the overall running of the operations, customer service would take a back seat to the financial bottom line.

Tired of not seeing customers get the level of service they deserved, Chuck decided to open his own auto repair shop and do it his way. In 1999 he opened a Japanese car specialized shop intended to provide not only professional repairs but professional service as well, and things have worked out well.

Cabena's Japanese Auto Care has grown year after year from word of mouth alone; “My Goal is to Make customers for life! This has kept a strong repeat customer base for me.”

Chuck keeps personally running and supervising all the repairs and service at Cabena's Japanese Auto Care; “I am here to give you the whole ball of wax: High quality warranted repairs, a fair price and the respect that you deserve.”

Chuck is there to ensure your car is fixed right and you get the best service possible.

Chuck is a Master technician fully certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. Chuck is the son of a Lockheed aircraft mechanic. He started his auto repair career in a Toyota dealership in 1984. From there he became a technician, then a Master Technician and finally became the shop foreman.

Chuck has had a passion for fixing cars but also a passion for giving superb service to his customers, and that is what makes Cabena's Japanese Auto Care different; “I have lived by the philosophy that you should treat people the way you want to get treated yourself.”.

Corey is one of our expert mechanics.

Born in Chicago he moved to Atlanta at a young age. Coming from a long line of mechanics, he started working on the family's cars before he was a teenager. He had a knack for all things mechanical and a love for racing and combined them into a career as a technician in the racing industry.

After 10 years with the racing industry - the decision was made to move to the more practical side of things, a career repairing and maintaining Japanese Automobiles. Finding a shop with extremely high standards and a family environment has allowed him to put his perfectionist bred racing experience to practical use for you.

C.J is our service advisor.

C.J. has been in the automotive industry for over 15 years. He started in automotive electronics as installer and received his advanced M.E.C.P. certification. At 20 years old he transitioned to the automotive parts industry. C.J. quickly moved up the ranks eventually becoming a store manger. 10 years later he decided to move to the repair side of the industry. He worked in a fleet maintenance repair facility as the parts manager and eventually moved to a shop foreman/manager position. After quickly realizing that he didn’t like the lack of customer service that he found at most repair facilities, he set out on a quest to find a repair facility that really put customer service first. After meeting Chuck Cabena and seeing how his shop always puts the customer first, he decided that Cabena’s was exactly the kind of business he wanted to be a part of.
